DESCRIPTION
***A real Collectors Salvia*** It is an excellent plant to include in a white or grey garden The ginger coloured flowers and green calyces contrast so well with other silver leaves. It also grows well with other stronger vivid blues and purple flowers. A very appealing plant when in flower. Flowers are large with a lovely ginger colour. The hood is long, often looking like a butterfly just emerging from its cocoon. This helps to show that a large opening between the hood and bottom lobe guides insects and birds into the flower. The bottom lip has very interesting markings, that act as a landing place for bees. Both bees and small Honeyeaters loves trying to enter the flowers for nectar.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is dead, significantly damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Your name, order number and photo evidence will be required so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do require that contact be made within 24hrs of any issue arrising.
